We are looking for a
Middle Office Operations / Investments Operations Analyst to help build a more secure future for families across Latin America.
Ensure the integrity, quality, and consistency of investment and reference data, supporting Middle Office and Investment Operations activities across LATAM. This role plays a key part in maintaining operational excellence through strong controls, data accuracy, process efficiency, and service continuity.

Own it by taking accountability for critical operational processes, controls, data integrity, and business outcomes.
- Execute daily data integrity controls and maintain security-level reference data.
- Investigate and resolve data quality issues identified through operational monitoring, reconciliation activities, or end-user escalations.
• Partner with reconciliation teams to analyze and resolve portfolio breaks and operational discrepancies.• Produce and monitor quality, effectiveness, and process performance metrics.
• Support regional initiatives related to investment platforms, data governance, and operational transformation.• Perform testing activities, analyze results, and support the implementation of business and operational requirements.
- Develop and maintain operational procedures, process documentation, and knowledge repositories.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, strengthen controls, automate processes, and enhance service quality.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Early-career professionals, recent graduates, or candidates with internship, trainee, or entry-level experience in financial services, investments, operations, reconciliations, or data analysis.
- Knowledge of Investment Operations, Middle Office processes, Reference Data Management, and Data Integrity controls.
- Understanding of financial instruments, operational controls, testing methodologies, and process documentation.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience with Bloomberg, Aladdin, or other investment management platforms is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of investment operations systems, data management platforms, or reconciliation tools is a plus.

Fluent English is a fundamental requirement. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in verbal and written English with regional and global stakeholders.• Spanish language proficiency is required.• Hybrid work model based in Mexico City.
