As we expand our offerings, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Patient Experience Specialist to support day-to-day clinic operations and ensure patients receive timely and complete care.
Job Summary
This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless coordination of patient care. And involves direct communication with patients, clinical teams, laboratories, and insurance providers. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and customer-focused, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update tracking spreadsheets for patient care gaps related to labs, physicals, and insurance compliance (especially PPO plans).
- Initiate outbound calls and texts to patients with overdue labs or pending studies.
- Send lab requests to appropriate laboratories and monitor receipt of results.
- Monitor and support the clinic’s quarterly performance targets by proactively managing patient outreach for preventive services.
- Schedule patients for annual physical exams and preventive screenings.
- Identify and resolve insurance-related gaps in patient records to ensure uninterrupted care.
- Process and scan incoming faxes, reports, and pharmacy communications; forward appropriately.
- Follow up on pending medical record requests and imaging results.
- Generate reports for diabetic self-pay patients and notify providers of necessary follow-up.
- Submit and track positive Quantiferon test results to CAIR and the INS portal.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the clinic team.

Minimum Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: 1–3 months of administrative or healthcare-related experience preferred.
- Language: Advanced English is required
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets), word processing (Word), and order/inventory software. Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and fax/document management tools is a plus.
- Math & Reasoning: Basic arithmetic and ability to compute percentages and interpret basic data reports.
- Other: Ability to multitask efficiently and work independently in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: $22,750.00 per month
