At Kronia®, we're looking for a Master Data Analyst with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar (Oracle, Salesforce, Zoho, Odoo, etc. )to help ensure the accuracy, consistency, and governance of enterprise master data supporting business-critical operations.

What You'll Do
- Create, maintain, and manage master data within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
- Configure and maintain Item Master (SKUs), Bills of Materials (BoMs), Warehouses, Trade Agreements, Customer, and Vendor Master Data.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across business processes.
- Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, and Operations teams to support business needs.
- Perform data validation, issue investigation, and troubleshooting.
- Support data governance, data cleansing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain documentation, standards, and master data procedures.
- Contribute to ERP optimization and process improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For
- Experience managing master data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Sales processes.
- Experience supporting ERP environments with high data quality standards.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Master Data Governance frameworks.
- ERP implementation or migration experience.
- Experience in Manufacturing or Distribution environments.
- Reporting or data analysis tools (Power BI, Excel, SQL, etc.).
