As our organization continues to expand across the United States, Mexico, and the Philippines, we are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our global talent acquisition function and build high-performing recruitment operations that support our ambitious growth.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Leadership & Strategy
- Lead and develop a high-performing recruitment team supporting hiring across the U.S., Mexico, and the Philippines.
- Partner with executive leadership to develop workforce plans, hiring forecasts, and recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Provide market insights regarding talent availability, hiring trends, and compensation competitiveness.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on talent acquisition strategy, organizational growth, and succession planning.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance hiring quality, efficiency, and candidate experience.
Full-Cycle Recruitment Operations
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment for professional, technical, operational, and leadership positions.
- Ensure consistent execution of sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and regional employment practices.
- Build strong talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
- Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen our presence in competitive talent markets.
Analytics & Process Improvement
- Monitor recruiting KPIs including time-to-fill, quality of hire, offer acceptance rate, recruiter productivity, and pipeline health.
- Develop dashboards and reports to provide hiring insights and workforce forecasting.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements that increase recruitment efficiency and scalability.
- Utilize data to support strategic hiring decisions and continuous operational improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with HR, Operations, and department leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce priorities.
- Coach and mentor recruiters through regular feedback, performance management, and professional development.
- Foster collaboration across global teams while maintaining consistent recruitment standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
- 3–5+ years leading recruitment teams in a managerial or leadership role.
- Experience recruiting across multiple functions and leadership levels.
- Previous experience in legal services, BPO, professional services, or other fast-paced organizations is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of recruiting practices across the U.S., Mexico, and the Philippines.
- Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, BambooHR, and Google Workspace.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using recruitment metrics to drive decision-making.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and coaching abilities.
