What will you be doing here?
Responsibilities:
- Works closely with planning, marketing, logistics and project innovation areas to implement the category strategy and align it with business objectives.
- Conducts negotiations, manages RFQs, negotiations, and awarding decisions, and follows up with suppliers, ensuring decisions align with the category strategy.
- Executes supplier selection according to strategy and requirements, develops the supplier base, and identifies new suppliers.
- Achieve sourcing KPIs according with regional targets (Savings, Purchase Price Variations, Payment terms, sustentabilty)
- Directly involved in resolving issues with suppliers (e.g., quality, delivery, and service issues).
- Ensure the legal contract process according with the company polices.
- Ensures cost, availability, innovation, and quality within the sourcing plan creation and execution.
- Accountable for execute the category budget (Cost book process) aligned with the regional parameters and procedures.
