Monitoring the daily status of units in transit (local and/or long-haul routes)

Coordinating shipment scheduling with warehouse, transportation providers, and customers

Recording and updating information in systems (ERP / TMS / Excel)
-
Tracking loading, transit, and delivery times
-
Managing route incidents (delays, deviations, accidents, etc.) and escalating when necessary
-
Validating transportation documentation (bills of lading, invoices, delivery orders)
-
Maintaining constant communication with drivers, logistics providers, and internal teams
-
Supporting transportation assignment and route optimization
-
Preparing operational reports (KPIs such as on-time deliveries, incidents, etc.)

Controlling proof of delivery (PODs)
-
University degree and minimum 3 years experience in traffic, logistics, transportation, or supply chain (preferred)

Experience in:
-
route tracking and working with drivers (preferred)

Customs Management
-
Logistics processes in manufacturing companies, knowledge in Impo/Expo

Shipment documentation
-
Forwarders follow up
-
Customs Broker management
-
Fluency in English required
