Position overview:
As a First American DataTree the Associate Sales Engineer represents and supports company data and/or products within various market segments, providing data knowledge and support to the sales team as part of the pre- and post-sales process. This role supports data sales activities by consulting with customers
to share knowledge about our data/product service features in relation to their business needs.
Key responsibilities:
the Associate will observe and assist with key pre-sales activities (discovery, solution mapping, documentation creation/gathering and handoffs), collaborate with sales team(s) and customers on deal opportunities, trial accounts, statement of works, and post-sale transition to accelerate closing, execution and revenue
Realization. Gathers documentation which includes work order information, ticket creation submission and tracking. This position will have specific responsibility for supporting offshore Sales team activity. Join customer calls to gather requirements and help with documentation for onboarding at various stages of customer engagement alongside Sales & Account Management team members. Identify, document, and escalate recurring data issues to support long-term data integrity improvements.
Requirements:
Meeting or exceeding all metrics in your current role for the last 3 months.
Minimum of 95% Attendance.
Minimum of 6 months as a TELUS Digital Employee.
Minimum of 6 months in the current position and the current account/ department
Schedule flexibility.
No active disciplinary actions.
Completed the position-specific required course from the Learning Multiverse Fundamentals - Mandatory
