Position Summary
The Commercial Finance & Profitability Specialist will support the financial control of commercial operations, including sales incentives review, pricing validation, product cost analysis, month-end closing activities, profitability reporting, and audit support.
This position requires a highly analytical professional with strong financial acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to understand how pricing, incentives, discounts, and product costs impact overall business profitability.
Key Responsibilities

Review and validate commercial incentives for vehicles, models, sales channels, dealers, and marketing campaigns.

Ensure incentives are properly supported, approved, and aligned with company policies.

Release and validate pricing in the system, ensuring accuracy and appropriate authorization.

Validate product costs and identify variances affecting profitability and margins.

Support month-end closing activities through the review of sales, pricing, incentives, costs, and profitability information.

Prepare reconciliations, reports, and variance analysis for both financial and commercial performance.

Analyze profitability by vehicle model, dealer, sales channel, campaign, and business segment.

Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and evidence.

Identify process improvement opportunities and strengthen financial controls.

Review obsolete, impaired, and slow-moving inventory and support inventory revaluation processes.

Provide financial support during physical inventory counts and reconciliation activities.
Requirements
Education
-
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
Experience
-
35 years of experience in:
-
Finance, Financial Controlling, Pricing, Costing, Audit, FP&A, Commercial Analysis

Compensation & Benefits

Monthly gross salary: MXN $30,000 $50,000 (based on experience).
