The Digital Product Enrichment Supervisor will report to the Global Digital Product Information Manager and will play a critical role in ensuring that product data achieves a high level of completeness, accuracy, and consistency within PIM and ADI websites, supporting scalable digital growth and improved customer experience.
This role will establish and enforce enrichment standards, frameworks, and best practices, working cross-functionally with Data Steward, Data Governance, Product Content Specialists, Category Strategy, Digital Merchandising, and vendor partners. The Supervisor will lead the development of repeatable processes, templates, and brand/category-level playbooks that ensure sustainable data quality and operational efficiency.
JOB DUTIES:
- Served as team lead and primary escalation point for Product Enrichment Analysts and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Supervised end-to-end brand and category enrichment initiatives, ensuring product data completeness, accuracy, and standardization.
- Managed, coached, and motivated team members through regular group and 1:1 meetings focused on performance and alignment.
- Established enrichment standards and developed playbooks, reference documentation, and reusable templates for scalable processes.
- Coordinated efforts to close content gaps using vendor documentation, internal resources, and AI-driven optimization tools.
- Monitored product data completeness, enrichment KPIs, and delivered weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly optimization reports to upper management.
Ensured compliance with data governance policies and PIM standards while supporting risk management, escalations, and new PIM module releases.

YOU MUST HAVE:
- 4+ years of experience in product content management, data enrichment, and PIM environments.
- Advanced Excel skills combined with hands-on experience in product data management and content standardization.
- Strong understanding of data quality principles, governance, and management of both structured and unstructured data sources.
- Excellent reporting, presentation, communication, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Self-motivated professional with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines, working independently, improving processes, and exploring new technologies.
