This role is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies, strengthening employee engagement, and maintaining compliance with labor regulations while supporting business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and ensure consistency of HR policies and procedures across the organization.
- Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Develop and execute talent retention and employee engagement strategies.
- Manage performance evaluation and feedback processes.
- Oversee employee relations and promote a positive work environment.
- Supervise payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.
- Handle employee relations cases and maintain proper documentation.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to provide HR guidance and support.
- Lead or participate in regional and global HR initiatives.
- Develop strategies to achieve HR KPIs.
- Promote teamwork, collaboration, and a strong organizational culture.
Requirements (Mandatory)
- Advanced English (written and spoken).
- Proven experience in manufacturing / maquiladora industry.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Experience in payroll, compensation, and employee relations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
