Mobileo is a Canadian software company providing workforce management solutions for security guard companies. Our cloud-based platform helps businesses improve scheduling, GPS tracking, incident reporting, time and attendance, client reporting, and overall workforce management.
As we continue expanding across Mexico and Latin America, we are looking for a motivated, resilient, and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our remote sales team.
What You'll Do
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
- Research and build target account lists of security companies and potential business partners across Mexico and Latin America.
- Identify key decision-makers and develop personalized outreach strategies.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their business challenges and software needs.
- Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your sales pipeline.
- Meet weekly and monthly activity goals for calls, conversations, qualified leads, and meetings booked.
- Share market feedback, competitor insights, and customer trends with management.
Qualifications
Required
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Resume must be submitted in English.
- Proven experience in cold calling, outbound sales, lead generation, or appointment setting.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Strong communication, organization, and research skills.
- Ability to work independently with reliable internet and a quiet home office.
- Experience using CRM and sales tools.
Preferred
- SaaS or B2B software sales experience.
- Experience selling into the security industry.
- Familiarity with marketing through social media.
- Experience working with companies in Mexico or Latin America.
