Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Develop and evaluate engineering plans and technical criteria across electrical, mechanical, and structural disciplines
- Assess feasibility and reliability of proposed tests, products, and equipment
- Lead and support engineering evaluations when data is limited or validation is required
- Contribute to the development of design plans and engineering proposals
- Participate in feasibility studies and definition of technical objectives
- Drive solutions to complex applied engineering problems
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and commercial teams
- Support the development and improvement of components, materials, and processes
- Ensure alignment of projects with operational and business goals
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Structural Engineering, or related field
- Solid experience in multidisciplinary engineering environments
- Proven experience in feasibility analysis, testing, and engineering validation
- Strong problem-solving skills in applied engineering contexts
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Ability to develop technical proposals and design plans
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and product development
- Strong communication skills in technical environments
- Technical English

- Experience in global or matrix organizations
- Background in innovation, R&D, or process optimization initiatives
- Exposure to CAPEX/OPEX project development and execution
