The Program Manager(NPI) manages and coordinates new customer projects, transfer projects, sustaining engineering support, and site/company Continuous Improvement Projects. Program Manager works directly with Customers, and closely with Sales Team, Quoting Team, Site Manufacturing/Engineering/Quality Teams, and Customer Service Team to drive projects from award through validation and into production.

Deliver new projects through all phases of development and production to meet company on time delivery, quality and profitability expectations
- Develop and maintain project plans, communication plans, action trackers for all projects

Drive innovation and technical development, including product design concepts, automation concepts, capital equipment purchases, new technologies, for critical customer programs

Provide leadership guidance to customer, site managers, site manufacturing/quality engineers, external suppliers

Consulting with the customer's technical personnel on product design, materials selection, and quality requirements

Responsible for scheduling and executing customer validations in conjunction with manufacturing and quality teams

Estimates or revises costs on existing or new molding/ assembly programs and directs modifications and changes to existing molds from customer revisions

Responsible for tracking all active projects and communicating status to senior management
