We're looking for a Creator Operations Specialist to support our community of content creators across North America. In this role, you'll partner with creators, agencies, and internal teams to ensure a seamless operational experience while helping drive creator engagement, platform growth, and community success.

What You'll Do
As a Creator Operations Specialist, you will:
- Support the daily operations of content creators and live streamers across North America.
- Build strong relationships with creators, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure an outstanding experience.
- Review creator applications, onboarding activities, and operational requests with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Monitor dashboards, reports, and operational metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with teams such as Operations, Marketing, Community, and Product.
- Help execute creator engagement campaigns, platform events, and in-app activations to increase community participation.
- Ensure operational processes are completed efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Identify process improvements that enhance the creator experience and operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and spreadsheets.
- Collaborative and confident working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to solve problems.
- Passionate about social media, creator communities, live streaming, or digital platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Operations, Community Management, Customer Success, Account Management, Creator Economy, Trust & Safety, Marketplace Operations, or Partner Support.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS).
- Experience working with KPIs, operational reporting, or performance dashboards.
- Previous experience supporting creators, customers, partners, or online communities is a plus.
