Industrial Technician
Responsibilities:
1. Support in the creation of planning programs.
2. Support in the design and fabrication of workstations.
3. Mark the manufacturing floor according to company standards.
4. Generate documentation for the disposal of obsolete equipment to release the production floor.
5. Update process documents and work instructions.
6. Identify opportunities for waste and high costs to implement Kaizen.
7. Fulfill assigned responsibilities and functions in accordance with organizational changes and/or current company needs.
8. Comply with Environmental, Health, Safety, Sustainability, and Energy Management requirements, and report any situation that may have an impact.
9. Participate in Near Miss and Kaizen programs.
10. Complete the training program assigned to the role. 11. Maintain ethical and professional conduct in all activities performed as part of your work.
12. Comply with the Internal Work Regulations and plant policies.
13. Meet customer requirements to ensure a 100% quality product.
14. Fulfill the responsibilities and functions assigned in accordance with organizational changes and/or current company needs.
Requirements:
1. Professional degree (IIA, ISPI) or minimum technical degree.
2. 40% fluency in spoken and written English.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
4. Ability to work in a team.
5. Creativity and initiative.
6. Proficiency in using measuring instruments.
7. Proficiency in using a stopwatch for time and motion studies.
8. Ability to interpret layouts.
9. Ability to interpret engravings.
10. Manufacturing experience.
11. Experience in the automotive sector
