About role
We are looking for a Web Analytics professional to join our team, reporting directly to the CEO. In this full-time role, you will lead our website measurement, reporting, and optimization efforts to drive data-informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Building a website tagging measurement plan for Google Analytics, specifically identifying what needs to be tagged.
- Building tagging plans for our development team and working closely with developers on the tagging process.
- Setting up dashboards and reporting in Looker Studio or Power BI.
- Handling Google Tag Manager setup and maintenance.
- Providing existing website analysis, behavioral insights, and deep dives.
- Conducting Conversion Rate Optimization, analysis, and A/B tests using the Kameleoon tool.
Key Requirements
- Professional proficiency in English, verbal and written communication
- 3+ years of proven, hands-on experience in web analytics, digital tracking, and performance measurement.
- 3+ years of experience in frontend web development
Desired Skills
- Experience with Consent management platforms.
Working Conditions
- Range monthly salary: $30,000MXN - $32,500MXN
- Environment: 100% Remote
- Full-time: Monday to Friday
