E/E QUALITY ENGINEER.
DESCRIPTION-
Verification of the implementation of product/process specifications, test instructions, as well as process regulations and quality regulations.

Perform the evaluation of supplier’s parts within the different commodities
-
Ensure and assess the acceptance of supplied parts quality according the standards through of inspections, audits, etc.
-
Validate timelines, deliveries and all requirements are met during the different steps of the launch process
-
Check the status of capability study results, FMEA measures implementation, special characteristics assurance.

Review new quality specification releases with process partners, their implementation timeline and define responsibilities.
-
Maturity evaluation of individual build phase, including changes (engineering and process changes).
-
Coordinate activities with process and production associates regarding first part releases for each build phase.

Execution of traceability stress tests within the scope of validation events – hardware (e.g. on parts) and software (information telegrams).

Status monitoring and reporting
QUALIFICATIONS-
Bachelor´s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related
-
3+ years of experience inside the industry with knowledge in quality, quality systems, quality assurance, production and/or similar positions
-
Experience with product/process audits according to international standards (IATF 16949 and/or ISO 9001)
-
Good knowledge of problem-solving tools (8Ds)
-
Experience with E/E comodities
-
Knowledge in SAP
-
Good knowledge of production process and product release
-
Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (lean manufacturing) and Six sigma tools
-
Experience with Project Management tools
-
Good knowledge of Non-conforming processes and material management
-
Certified Quality auditor under ISO 19011 (desirable)
-
Handling of KPIs and reporting
-
Gather of technical information, lessons learnt, concepts and customer requirements
-
Fluent English (Conversational level)
