Job Description
This position is responsible for operating load statuses at every stage of the load process to ensure operations are running smoothly and maintain a 98% pickup and delivery status.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track active shipments
- Proactively communicate with carriers and drivers
- Provide real-time updates to customers and internal teams
- Identify and escalate potential delays or service issues
- Ensure accurate documentation and system update

Requirements:
- English level – Advance (fluent)
- At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service
- Experience tracking shipments for international loads. (Plus)
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Position 100% ON SITE (NO HOME OFFICE)
Schedule availability:
- Friday to Monday
- Days off: Tuesday to Thursday (3 days off)
- Schedule from 6:30AM -6:30PM
