Our Client Relations Specialists (CRSs) play a critical role in providing an exceptional first impression while ensuring every qualified lead receives the attention, guidance, and follow-up necessary to maximize every opportunity.
We are seeking an experienced bilingual professional in Mexico to join our remote team as an Independent Contractor.
About the Position
This is not a traditional customer service position.
As a Client Relations Specialist (CRS), you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients and perform legal intake for our Personal Injury and Criminal Defense practice.
Your role is to build trust, gather accurate case information, educate prospective clients about the next steps, schedule consultations with our attorneys, and provide timely, professional follow-up to ensure no qualified opportunity is overlooked.
Every lead that contacts our firm represents someone seeking help and a significant investment by our firm. Your responsibility is to ensure every qualified lead receives exceptional client experience while maximizing opportunities for consultation and retention through professionalism, communication, and consistent follow-up.
Success in this role requires confidence, empathy, attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to guide conversations while maintaining a genuine desire to help others.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from prospective clients in English and Spanish.
- Conduct professional legal intake interviews.
- Gather detailed and accurate case information.
- Build trust and rapport with prospective clients.
- Confidently guide qualified leads toward scheduling consultations with our attorneys.
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients to maximize consultation and retention opportunities.
- Accurately document all client interactions within our case management system.
- Coordinate with attorneys and legal staff throughout the intake process.
- Request client reviews and assist with reputation management initiatives.
- Represent Citrine Law professionally during every interaction.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in customer service, client relations, legal intake, sales, call center, or similar client-facing roles.
- Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer proficiency.
- Experience using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Quiet and professional home office environment.
- Modern computer capable of running multiple business applications simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous legal intake experience.
- Experience working with U.S.-based customers.
- Experience with CRM or legal case management software.
- Experience working with performance metrics and KPIs.

Independent Contractor Information
This is a full-time Independent Contractor opportunity for professionals residing in Mexico.
As an Independent Contractor:
- You are responsible for your own taxes and legal obligations in your country of residence.
- This position does not include employee benefits, paid leave, or employer-sponsored insurance.
- You are responsible for maintaining your own equipment, internet service, and professional remote workspace.
- Compensation will be discussed with qualified candidates during the interview process.

Pay: $160.00 - $230.00 per hour
