1 Carrying out cross-departmental specific office or secretarial management tasks
2 Supporting the head of the organizational unit in work tasks
3 Preparation and accounting of trips according to given guidelines
4 Ordering and managing office supplies
5 Receiving and responding to incoming requests from cross-departmental tasks
6 Perform cross-area analysis, generate reports, notifications, and statistics
7 Creation of letters as well as internal messages taking into account existing business transactions
8 Checking business transactions for completeness and correctness, reconciling with internal documents, clarifying differences and related issues

1 Maintenance of application and control tables according to specifications
2 Clean up master data errors
