Role Overview:
- The Client Account Manager is the primary bridge between our clients and our agency teams, responsible for owning the client relationship, understanding their goals, and ensuring that all work delivered aligns with those goals.
- You will manage day-to-day communication, coordinate internal resources, track progress against timelines and scopes, and identify opportunities to improve results and deepen the client partnership.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong, trusting
relationships over time.
- Lead regular client calls and meetings (video and audio) to review performance, discuss
priorities, and align on next steps.
- Understand each client’s business, objectives, and marketing strategy, and ensure
agency work supports those goals.
- Translate client needs into clear internal briefs for strategy, creative, and execution
teams; follow work through to completion.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure work is delivered on time, within scope, and at high quality.
- Communicate risks, changes, or issues to clients proactively, offering solutions and
managing expectations professionally.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (operations, creative, media, digital, etc.) to keep everyone aligned and informed.
- Prepare and present reports, updates, and recommendations to clients, turning data and results into clear, actionable insights.
- Identify opportunities for account growth (expanded scope, new services) based on
client needs and performance outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of meetings, decisions, and next actions in agency
systems.
- Work closely with the Client Onboarding Specialist to ensure a smooth transition from onboarding to ongoing account management.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven client-facing account management experience in a marketing, advertising, or
digital agency (or closely related environment).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a clear, professional, and
easy-to-understand accent suitable for frequent client calls and presentations.
- Comfortable being on video; camera will be on for most client meetings and many
internal calls, and a professional on-camera presence is required.
- Strong relationship-building skills; able to earn trust, manage expectations, and handle
sensitive conversations with tact.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts, projects, and priorities at the
same time.
- Solid understanding of marketing concepts (e.g., campaigns, channels, content,
performance metrics); digital marketing experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially with timelines, deliverables,
and documentation.
- Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced agency environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Work Requirements
- Remote position; you must be able to reliably work 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Eastern Time

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients.
- Prior marketing agency or digital agency experience with multi-client account
management.
