About the Role
AmigoScale is seeking friendly, professional, and motivated bilingual customer service agents to join our growing financial services team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping people, communicating with clients, and developing new professional skills.
Our training program is designed to help you succeed. New hires begin with foundational customer service and operator training before advancing into specialized responsibilities based on performance and proficiency.
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and tax preparation specialists throughout the tax preparation process.
- Guide clients through document collection and explain what information is needed.
- Follow up with clients to obtain required documentation and ensure files remain on schedule.
- Learn common tax forms and supporting financial documents through our structured training program.
- Update client information and maintain accurate records in company systems.
- Answer client questions and provide outstanding customer service.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure an excellent client experience from start to finish.

Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service mindset
- Comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $4,000.00 - $4,500.00 per week
