Position Summary
ABclonal Technology is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Logistics Coordinator to support product fulfillment and distribution activities within Mexico City. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the collection of ABclonal products from our designated importer, processing order fulfillment activities within our CRM system, and ensuring timely delivery of products to our distribution partners.
This role is ideal for an organized individual who enjoys working independently and has experience with inventory management, logistics, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect ABclonal products from the company's designated importer in Mexico City.
- Verify product quantities and condition upon receipt.
- Process and fulfill customer orders within ABclonal's CRM and order management system.
- Prepare products for delivery and ensure all shipments are accurately documented.
- Deliver products to ABclonal's authorized distribution partners throughout Mexico City and surrounding areas.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, deliveries, and order fulfillment activities.
- Coordinate with the Latin America Sales Team regarding order status, inventory availability, and delivery schedules.
- Report any inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or shipment issues promptly.
- Ensure products are handled and transported according to company quality standards.
- Assist with periodic inventory counts and warehouse-related activities as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in logistics, inventory management, warehousing, order fulfillment, or courier services preferred.
- Basic computer skills and ability to work within CRM and inventory management systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Familiarity with the Mexico City metropolitan area and surrounding regions.
