Customer Experience Representatives serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout their experience with our company. This role is responsible for handling inbound inquiries, resolving customer concerns, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring every customer interaction is professional, efficient, and solution-oriented.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, customer-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience
- Assist customers throughout the lifecycle of their service request.
- Track open requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor active requests and proactively communicate updates, delays, or issues to customers and warehouses.
- Provide accurate information regarding OLIMP services and processes.
- Document all customer interactions and updates within company systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments and warehouse partners to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure all required documentation is collected and properly maintained.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years logistics and customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with gmail and google products.
