We are looking for an Automation Manager LATAM to lead regional automation initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites in Latin America.
This role will play a key part in driving automation, robotics, digitalization, and manufacturing technology projects while partnering with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, and global teams.

Lead industrial automation initiatives across manufacturing plants in LATAM.

Drive robotics, machine vision, and smart manufacturing projects.

Support implementation, commissioning, and deployment of automation technologies.

Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support for manufacturing operations.

Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure standardization and scalability.

Support digital transformation and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
