We are looking for a Senior AI Solution Architect to become part of our team.
This is a strategic and hands-on technology leadership position focused on architecting and delivering enterprise software delivery transformation programs, with an emphasis on AI-assisted development practices, cloud-native architecture, and modern engineering workflows. The role blends executive stakeholder collaboration with deep technical execution across Microsoft Azure, GitHub, and software engineering best practices, while taking ownership of the end-to-end technical vision and staying hands-on in critical architecture decisions, prototype development, and technical coaching.
Responsibilities

Deliver strategic and hands-on technology leadership across enterprise software delivery transformation efforts

Design and execute large-scale programs built around AI-assisted development practices, cloud-native architecture, and modern engineering workflows

Interact with executive stakeholders to guide technology direction and ensure alignment between delivery and business priorities

Lead in-depth technical execution across Microsoft Azure, GitHub, and established software engineering practices

Take ownership of the end-to-end technical vision, keeping architecture, engineering practices, and business objectives in sync

Stay engaged directly in key architecture choices, prototype creation, and technical validation activities

Guide and mentor engineering teams and technical leads to strengthen delivery capabilities and encourage adoption of modern practices
Requirements
-
No less than 10 years of IT background spanning software engineering and architecture areas

Minimum of 5 years in Manager, Owner, Architect, or Coordinator positions

Participation in 8 or more projects, or a proven history of bringing 2 or more products or key product features to market

Demonstrated capability in managing engagements with teams of 40 or more FTEs, or smaller engagements that carry high business impact

Practical mastery of AI-DLC (AI-driven Development Lifecycle) practices and their application within enterprise workflows

Solid understanding of Context Engineering for creating effective, context-aware AI solutions

Applied experience using GenAI for Systems Engineering Productivity to speed up engineering delivery

Extensive expertise with Microsoft Azure cloud services and cloud-native architectural patterns

Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Copilot for boosting productivity and supporting AI-assisted development

English proficiency at C1 level or higher, with confident communication in both executive and technical environments

Practical experience with DevOps practices for enhancing continuous integration, delivery, and operations

Familiarity with Role-based Access Control (RBAC) for building secure and compliant enterprise systems

Involvement in guiding digital transformation programs across multi-region or highly regulated environments

Background in shaping technology strategy and innovation roadmaps at the organizational level
