MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administer and maintain the Quality Management System (IATF 16949 and ISO 9001).
- Coordinate internal, external, and customer audits.
- Ensure compliance with Customer Specific Requirements.
- Manage Quality Management System documentation and records.
- Monitor and follow up on corrective and preventive action.
- Track and report Quality Management System performance indicators.
- Coordinate Management Review meetings.
- Promote continuous improvement across organizational processes.
- Train employees on Quality Management System requirements and related topics.
- Ensure compliance with quality procedures, standards, and requirements.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Management Systems within the automotive industry (wire harness manufacturing experience).
- Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and Customer Specific Requirements.
- Experience conducting internal, customer, and certification audits.
- Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and auditors.
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and results-oriented skills.
