FTL Order Audit

Overall Position Description
Collects paperwork from carriers and processes to ensure it is accurate and timely, so customers can be billed and carriers can be paid in a timely manner. The auditor will be on a phone queue where they will answer an average of 8-15 calls per day to help carriers with payment issues. The Order Auditor Specialist will consistently demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, possess strong organizational skills and provide exceptional customer service to both external and internal customers. They will be a complete team player by being ambitious in helping the team succeed and in celebrating other team members’ successes.
Essential Functions and Results Expectations
- Collect paperwork within 20 days of delivery
- Process 75+ loads daily to get billed and pay carrier
- Answer 100% of calls received daily
- Maintain 95% and above in call quality expectations
- Participate in monthly peer to peer call copy reviews
- Weekly coaching with direct supervisor
Essential Duties and Functions
- Calling carrier and receivers collecting delivery paperwork, outbound calls will vary depending on volume.
- Verify paperwork and database for accurate billing and AP information
- Inbound phone calls 10-20 per day to help with payment questions
- Communicate process improvements with your leader

Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft outlook, Word, Excel, Microsoft Teams and Zoom
