Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager Office with a focus on SAP Business One (SAP B1) and software services. The ideal candidate will lead and manage projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:
Lead end-to-end project management from initiation to completion, ensuring all project objectives are met. Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and control activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deliverables.
Software Services Management:
Manage and coordinate software service projects, including development, testing, and deployment phases. Ensure alignment of software services with organizational goals and client expectations.
Proactive Problem Solving:
Anticipate project challenges and proactively implement solutions. Identify and address potential risks, ensuring timely resolution.
Team Leadership:
Inspire and lead project teams to achieve high performance. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.
Self-Learning and Development:
Stay current with industry trends, SAP B1 updates, and software service advancements. Actively pursue continuous learning to enhance skills and knowledge.
