As a Junior Operations Manager, you will control regional distribution operations, serving as our representative with customers (dealers). You will manage inventory and the operating budget while aligning operational strategies to achieve our strategic goals.
You will work #LI-Onsite in our distriboution center located in Minatitlan reporting to the Director of Regional Operations.
Main Responsibilities

You will manage daily warehouse activities of the Warehouse Operational cycle, finished products, inventory control, management of associates and resources; promote adherence to warehouse policies, procedures, and safety.

You will coordinate work teams, ensuring customer fulfillment of product assortment needs; balance activities and foster a collaborative work environment.

You will manage product receiving and storage, ensuring that deliveries match the description versus the quantity on hand, and that the merchandise is in good condition.

You will manage the cycle counting plan, ensuring inventory accuracy and product availability when needed through tracking, locating stock, and managing inventory movements.

You will manage the organizational culture through PPG WAY principles and ecosystems (EHS, EO, ISO), guaranteeing the development of associates. Manage the use of the model through systems and tools, promoting the participation and development of high-performing teams for continuous improvement.

You will attend to, communicate with, and negotiate with internal and external clients to guarantee operational execution and the achievement of goals.

You will administer associates, guiding them toward compliance with Indicators and KBIs.

You will report clear goals, ensuring the smooth operations and achieving sustainable and outstanding results.

You will identify opportunities for improvement, proposing solutions to enhance process efficiency, with a focus on increasing customer satisfaction levels.

You will implement operational processes and the functionality of the ERP and several satellite systems to obtain the necessary information for operational decision-making.

You will develop and deliver the necessary technical, corporate, and soft skills training to increase the level of both you and the team.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration

+3 years of experience in a similar position

Oracle, WMS, and OTM experience
-
Knowledge of Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, EHS standards, Logistics, Operational Excellence tools, and Lean Manufacturing principles
