About Role
We are seeking an experienced B2B Lead Generation Specialist to drive our sales pipeline. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will take ownership of both strategy execution and manual outreach. This part-time role offers the creative freedom to experiment with new methodologies while managing CRM data and nurturing leads through long B2B sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Execution of strategy.
- Creating and applying outreach strategies
- Experimenting with new methodologies/technologies.
- Execute email and LinkedIn campaigns.
- Nurture leads.
- CRM management.
Key Requirements
- C2 Verbal and written communication
- +5 years of experience in lead generation.
- +3 years of experience with B2B Sales with long sales cycles.
- Experience with agencies or consulting.
- Active listening with potential clients.
- Data-driven decision-making.
Desired Skills
- Experience in selling AI software.
Working Conditions
- Schedule: Part-time, consisting of 4 working hours between 08:00 a.m. - 06:00 p.m. PST.
- Days: Monday to Friday.
