Job Summary
The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and optimizing daily production line operations. The primary objective of this role is to meet production schedules while ensuring safety, quality, cost, and operational efficiency standards are achieved. This position serves as a key link between management and production personnel
Your Role

Monitor plant SQDIPK+ objectives, evaluate gaps and opportunities, and implement continuous improvement methodologies.

Ensure safety compliance within the assigned work area.

Maintain operational discipline throughout the production area.

Manage and support quality systems.

Monitor and control hourly production metrics.

Ensure compliance with the manufacturing model.
-
Manage flexibility plans and workforce allocation.
-
Ensure customer requirements are met.
-
Maintain employee training records.

Track and follow up on required certifications.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Oversee critical workstations.
-
Maintain census lists and ensure alignment with the manufacturing model.

Monitor workstation and position matrices.

Manage vacation schedules, permits, suspensions, and other personnel-related matters.

Ensure efficiency and safety within the assigned area of responsibility.

Provide support to production lines and manufacturing areas.

Manage and supervise personnel.
Your Background:

3+ years of related experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
