We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Bilingual Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to executives and leadership teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and fluent in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage sensitive information in a fast-paced remote work environment.

Executive Support: Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle email correspondence on behalf of executives.

Travel & Scheduling: Organize travel itineraries, book accommodations, and ensure smooth scheduling.

Project Coordination: Track executive projects, prepare reports, and manage deadlines.

Communication Management: Draft, proofread, and translate correspondence in both English and Spanish.

Documentation & Data Management: Maintain organized records, prepare presentations, and manage confidential information.

Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items.

Ad Hoc Support: Assist executives with personal and professional administrative needs as required.

Experience: At least 2 years as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar support role.

Bilingual Proficiency: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.

Tech Skills: Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Trello).
