Company Description
Amalga Group is an American-owned nearshore BPO partner that delivers U.S.-grade execution through dedicated teams in Mexico, at 40–50% lower cost. Our name comes from “amalgamate” — to unite into one — and that is exactly what we do: bring U.S. companies and Latin American teams together into one high-performing operation.
We provide managed BPO and outsourcing services across customer experience, call center operations, legal process outsourcing, finance and accounting, technology, and back-office support. We are ISO 27001 certified and HIPAA compliant, operating from Dallas and Salt Lake City in the U.S. and from operations centers in Monterrey and Mexico City.
We are a people-first company, not a seat-filler. Our model is built on teams that stay and grow — we maintain roughly 97% annual team retention because we invest in our people for the long term. This is a place where good people do good work and actually want to stay.
Role Description
We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our internal finance team in Monterrey on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a steady, hands-on role focused on the recurring work that keeps our finance function running well: planning, reporting, analysis, and keeping our financial data clean and accurate. You will work closely with the accounting team and report into finance leadership. As part of a growing startup, you will need to be self-motivated and flexible, and comfortable rolling up your sleeves as priorities evolve.
We are less interested in a stepping-stone hire and more interested in someone who wants to settle into a role, master it, and grow with the company over many years. As you build trust and experience, there is room to take on more responsibility within the finance function at a pace that suits you.
