Responsibilities:
Join PepsiCo's U.S. Beverage Finance team and play a key role in transforming data into strategic business decisions.
As a Commercial Finance Assoc Analyst , you will partner closely with Finance and Sales leaders to deliver meaningful insights that drive revenue growth, optimize investments, and improve business performance. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain visibility across the organization while supporting critical planning, forecasting, and performance management processes.
You will contribute to the financial story behind the business by analyzing sales performance, identifying trends, supporting strategic initiatives, and helping shape the Annual Operating Plan. Through collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will provide the financial insights needed to influence decisions and accelerate growth in one of PepsiCo's most dynamic businesses.

Develop and deliver insightful financial and operational reporting that supports decision-making across Finance and Sales teams.

Analyze key business performance indicators, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to drive business results.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting processes and financial analyses.

Translate complex data into clear and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

Analyze sales performance, pricing initiatives, customer profitability, and revenue drivers.

Support commercial decision-making through customer, channel, and market performance analysis.

Identify opportunities to improve sales effectiveness, profitability, and return on investment.

Provide analytical support for strategic business initiatives and customer-focused projects.

Support forecasting cycles by consolidating, validating, and analyzing business assumptions and financial inputs.

Monitor forecast performance and provide variance analysis against targets, prior forecasts, and business plans.

Assist in developing financial scenarios and evaluating potential business impacts.

Contribute to the Annual Operating Plan process by supporting planning activities and financial modeling.

Support financial planning and reporting systems by maintaining accurate data and ensuring process compliance.

Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, automate processes, and improve data management practices.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiency.

Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and cross-functional teams to provide timely financial insights and recommendations.

Prepare executive-ready presentations and business reviews that support strategic discussions.

Build strong partnerships across the organization while serving as a trusted analytical resource.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Commercial Finance, Revenue Management, Sales Finance, or Business Analytics.

Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, or business performance management activities.

Exposure to profit and loss analysis and financial performance evaluation is preferred.

Experience working with financial systems and enterprise planning tools.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, data analysis, and scenario planning.

Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems and financial reporting platforms.

Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret large datasets and generate business insights.

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
