Job Description
The Validation Automation Engineer is responsible for owning the Power & Performance validation ecosystem by ensuring system readiness, automation reliability, and CI/CD execution across OPB, Perform AI, and Unique BKC. This role provides end‑to‑end ownership of validation infrastructure, HW utilization tracking, and release enablement, while limiting manual validation support to high‑value, exception‑based scenarios. Primary Responsibilities (70%)Bounded Validation Support (30%, exception‑based)

Own validation system readiness and health, including tracking HW usability, availability, and confidence metrics.

Provide visibility into HW utilization and system readiness for upcoming validations.

Own and maintain CI/CD pipelines for the PnP validation ecosystem.

Act as the single owner for Unique BKC release implementation, ensuring correct functionality and integration with validation workflows.

Maintain automation frameworks and ensure reliability, scalability, and operational stability.

Partner with Product Leads to enable validation execution through automation and system readiness.

Support critical DOEs only when required to unblock delivery or generate automation value.

Provide automation‑focused support during validation, not steady‑state manual execution.

Identify automation gaps and drive them to closure.
Qualifications

Strong background in automation engineering (Python preferred).

Experience with scripting, and automation frameworks. CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

Solid understanding of HW/SW validation environments.

Experience working with system‑level validation and release processes.

Ability to define and track operational metrics (system health, utilization, readiness).
