Your position
As a Talent Acquisition you will report directly to the Head of People & Culture Mexico and play an integral role in the team. You will:
- General HR program/policy development, administration, and compliance.
- Employee hiring, onboarding, termination, and records maintenance.
- Mobility (strategy and design, relocation services domestic and international and immigration services).
- Staffing and recruiting.
- Number of job openings.
Your profile
- Experience with competency-based interviewing techniques.
- Managing the volume of job openings.
- Knowledge of the Intermediate Office Suite.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with databases.
- Recruitment experience ranging from manufacturing to executive levels.
- Psychometric tests.
Education and Professional Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Relevant experience 2 to 5 years.
Technical and Core Competencies
- Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
- Experience with the Success Factors system.
- Attracting professionals to our hybrid and remote model.
- Management of recruitment platforms
