We are looking for a skilled Lead Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (SFMC) Developer with a strong emphasis on email campaign execution, reporting, and performance analytics.
In this role, you will oversee the creation and deployment of campaigns, fine-tune marketing automations, and construct dashboards and reporting frameworks that surface actionable insights for marketing stakeholders. The ideal candidate blends technical mastery of SFMC Engagement with a data-driven approach and a genuine commitment to ongoing optimization.
Responsibilities

Create and launch email campaigns, journeys, and automations through Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement, covering Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio

Apply audience segmentation, personalization logic, and dynamic content using AMPscript and SQL

Work with marketing stakeholders to translate campaign briefs into SFMC-ready assets and execution plans

Make sure campaigns comply with best practices for deliverability, frequency management, and regulatory compliance

Build custom dashboards and performance reporting inside Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Write SQL queries and data views to monitor engagement metrics, funnel performance, audience health, and campaign KPIs

Automate recurring reports and share insights with marketing stakeholders in a clear, visual layout

Team up with marketing leadership to define meaningful KPIs and refine campaigns based on performance intelligence

Track campaign performance and audience engagement to detect trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement

Run A/B and multivariate tests and share findings that lift open rates, click-through rates, and conversion outcomes

Coordinate with data teams to ensure accurate tagging, tracking, and attribution frameworks are established across SFMC journeys

Uphold high standards of QA, data accuracy, and version control in both campaign builds and reporting outputs

Reinforce governance around opt-out compliance, frequency caps, and contact strategy execution

Capture reporting processes, campaign logic, and data mappings in documentation for cross-team clarity
Requirements

No less than 5 years of hands-on professional experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development

At least 1 year of experience leading and managing development teams

Confident use of Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Data Extensions

Solid experience with SQL, SFMC Data Views, and marketing data modeling

Practical background creating dashboards within Intelligence Reports or SFMC Analytics environments

Familiarity with AMPscript and personalization scripting for campaign development

Applied experience with SSJS, HTML/CSS markup, and REST API integrations

Strong analytical thinking with the ability to convert data into insights and recommendations

Track record of working closely with marketing teams to shape KPIs and reporting requirements

Detail-oriented approach paired with strong communication skills and proven stakeholder alignment experience

English at B2 level or higher, with strong written and spoken communication abilities
