This role is responsible for executing factory production planning in line with customer/CSO requirements while
optimally using the factory work center capacities
· Release and sequence planning to production department
· Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions on delivery reliability
· Represent planning in IPD (Product development) and Lean/ continuous improvement projects and programs
· SAP parameter and logistics views maintenance
· Daily production order planning for new intake matching customer requested and requested delivery dates
· Order release and sequence planning in close cooperation with the assembly lean teams
· Participate in IPD (Product development) and Lean/ continuous improvement projects and programs
· Maintain good communication on status, plans, corrective and pro-active actions with Factory teams,
· Procurement and Customer Service Desk (IPLC planner) and other stakeholders
Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge and experience in logistics processes (minimum 3 years).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, a Technical Field, or an equivalent level gained through professional experience.
- Additional coursework or training in Production Logistics.
- Experience with SAP ERP systems.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Work experience in a multinational environment.
- Experience in supplier and customer management.
- Knowledge and experience in Lean Manufacturing within a large, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Sueldo: $33,000.00 - $40,000.00 al mes
