- Mould Maintenance Department is responsible for Corrective Maintenance of Moulds, Mould Arrival, Mould Shots Evaluation and Special Cases with potential impact to Production, Warranty Acceptance Test process and Total Preventive Maintenance of Auxiliary Equipment.
- Support and handle daily repair manintenance operation by structured follow up on performace and actions setting on deviations trough SQDCP structure.
- Demonstrate leasdership within their own staff as well as being a role model for the whole department.
- Provide and secure and environment that makes the teams perform and develop.
- Drive & track results and push/lead constant improvements.
- Engage in the Mould Maintenance Leadership team and support the overall strategical ambition.
- Drive actions to build an outstanding safety and healthy culture in Mould Maintenance as a coordinated part of our daily work.
- Close collaboration and communication with Component Planning department to be able to connect with the planning principles and operations execution.
- Participate and contribute to global face to face meetings and live meetings with global Mould Maintenance Mangement teams regarding knowledge sharing, development and Lead Factory processes.
- Encourage development and innovation of mould processes internally in Mould Maintenance but also in terms of flow of moulds to receivers to improve efficiency and operation execution.
Are you up for the challenge?
- Experience in leadership role in a global company, with high knowledge in operations areas such as production, engineering, maintenance or alike.
- Lean Manufacturing knowledge and BB / GB certification is preferred.
- Plastic injection process engineering knowledge + experience in maintenance with plastic injection moulds.
- English at advanced.
