Experience and requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed, with diploma and professional license RRHH
- 1–3 years of experience in a supervisory-level position
- Advanced English
- Negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support in the recruitment and selection of personnel (publication of vacancies, telephone filters, coordination of interviews).
- Manage physical and digital personnel records.
- Follow up on contracts, renewals and personnel movements.
- Support in the organization of integration events, trainings or work days.
- Attend to the staff in matters related to receipts, certificates, receipts, etc.
- Support in the induction process of new admission.
- Provide support in procedures before IMSS, INFONAVIT or Fonacot (as necessary).
- Capture payroll incidents (absences, delays, vacations, disabilities, etc.).
