Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Facilities Supervisor to oversee the daily operation, maintenance, and performance of facility services within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is critical to ensuring a safe, compliant, and efficient workplace by managing both hard and soft services, coordinating contractors, and maintaining high service standards. The Facilities Supervisor will drive operational excellence, support business continuity, and lead initiatives focused on reliability, sustainability, and cost efficiency while serving as a key liaison between internal stakeholders, vendors, and regulatory authorities.

Position Overview
The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for overseeing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for building infrastructure and facility systems, ensuring reliability and availability of critical assets. This includes monitoring asset performance, ensuring timely issue resolution, and maintaining compliance with service level agreements and KPIs.
The role involves supervising contractors and third-party providers, ensuring adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards, and driving accountability through performance evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives. The Facilities Supervisor ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, corporate policies, and industry standards, while supporting audits, inspections, and risk mitigation programs.
Additionally, the position requires managing budgets, controlling operating expenses, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies. The supervisor will participate in facility-related projects, including upgrades, expansions, and infrastructure improvements, while leading initiatives focused on operational excellence, energy efficiency, sustainability, asset reliability, and process standardization.
This role also includes managing facility systems such as electrical, HVAC, plumbing, utilities, compressed air, and fire protection systems, while leveraging CMMS/EAM tools and data-driven decision-making to optimize performance. Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills are essential to successfully coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and deliver high-quality facility services.
