About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Broadcaster Management Advisor to support our North American broadcaster community. In this role, you'll work closely with broadcasters, internal cross-functional teams, and external partners to ensure smooth daily operations while helping grow community engagement through campaigns, events, and platform initiatives.

Qualifications
Required
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Experience supporting customers, creators, partners, communities, or operational processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including:
- Pivot Tables
- VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- INDEX/MATCH
- SUMIFS
- COUNTIFS
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred
- Experience working in technology, social media, gaming, creator economy, live streaming, or digital platforms.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with dashboards and operational reporting.
What You'll Do
- Support North American broadcasters with their daily operational needs.
- Review broadcaster applications and auditions while ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal processes.
- Maintain dashboards, reports, and operational tracking documents.
- Coordinate with external partners and internal stakeholders across multiple teams.
- Monitor daily operational activities and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Support community engagement initiatives, events, and in-app campaigns to increase participation.
- Analyze operational data and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Maintain high-quality standards while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
