We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Program Manager – Manufacturing to join our team.
The ideal candidate has proven experience managing manufacturing programs, leading cross-functional teams, and driving successful program execution in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This individual is skilled in project planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement initiatives, with the ability to balance customer requirements, operational goals, cost objectives, and quality standards.
This role will be responsible for leading manufacturing programs from initiation through completion, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource management, and risk mitigation. The Program Manager will oversee program performance, track key milestones and KPIs, support new product launches, drive process improvements, and ensure alignment between customers, operations, engineering, sales, and other cross-functional teams to achieve successful business outcomes.

Resposabilities:
- Lead and manage manufacturing programs, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and communication plans to ensure successful program execution.
- Track and report program KPIs, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring progress is aligned with project objectives and timelines.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program execution, operational efficiency, and product quality.
- Identify and mitigate program risks, and develop contingency plans when necessary.
- Manage changes to program scope, schedules, and costs by applying appropriate change control methodologies.
- Support new product launches and the implementation of manufacturing process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers, operations, and customer service teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Collaborate with sales, design, and cost engineering teams to establish accurate quotations and pricing for new product proposals.We Offer
