Responsibilities:
The Opportunity
The Content Designer is responsible for creating and executing end-to-end content projects, including social media graphics, banners, POS materials, internal communications, and presentation decks. They contribute to creative strategy by generating ideas and collaborating closely with senior designers to refine concepts and ensure alignment with brand and project goals. This role involves developing creative proposals as well as adapting and versioning existing assets across PepsiCo’s portfolio to meet customer and consumer needs.
The ideal candidate has strong expertise across retail, print, and digital design. They are detail-oriented and highly proficient in design tools, capable of creating assets from scratch, enhancing existing materials, and delivering production-ready outputs. They also participate in brainstorming and brand strategy sessions, contributing to consumer programs, campaigns, sizzle videos, POS, and 3D concepts.
As a Content Designer, your responsibilities include:

Developing creative visual ideas aligned with communication objectives.

Creating innovative POS, OOH, and multimedia assets that follow brand standards and support marketing initiatives across channels.

Adapting and optimizing existing creatives, including digital toolkits, key visuals, and social media content.

Designing POS materials and key visuals when needed.

Defining the most effective visual approach to communicate brand concepts, including graphic and motion design.

Ensuring brand consistency by adhering to established guidelines.

Managing projects end-to-end, working both independently and collaboratively.

Staying organized and detail-oriented while managing multiple priorities and responding to last-minute changes.

Demonstrating adaptability, a strong learning mindset, and a sense of urgency to deliver results.
Qualifications:
Who Are We Looking For?
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Art, or Visual Communication Design.
Experience
-
Minimum of 2 years of experience in design roles within creative or digital agencies, or in-house teams in the CPG industry.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with a strong ability to create and adapt assets across multiple formats. Motion and 3D are a plus.

Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken), with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.

Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and account stakeholders.

Strong understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to ensure consistency across multiple touchpoints and formats.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards.
Portfolio

The portfolio should demonstrate professional experience developing and adapting creative assets across multiple channels and formats.

Candidates are expected to showcase integrated projects, including campaign adaptations, social media content, POS materials, and digital marketing assets.

It should reflect a strong understanding of brand guidelines, consistency across touchpoints, and ownership of execution from concept adaptation through final delivery.

Experience working with consumer-facing or CPG brands is highly preferred.
