- Related experience in a corporate staffing function or recruiting service firm required.
- Must have proven relationship management skills, effective interpersonal skills, outstanding oral and written communication skills, leadership skills, and team collaboration skills.
- Must be able to manage multiple priorities successfully and be process oriented.
- A positive attitude, excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic are essential to the role.
- Experience in the telecommunication industry is a plus.
- Bi-lingual .
- Knowledge of internet sourcing, applicant tracking systems, HR practices and familiarity with corporate relocation policies strongly preferred.
- Strong Microsoft product skills required.
