Appointment Setter (Bilingual English) – Remote

Your Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls using company-provided dialing systems.
- Build rapport with U.S. homeowners and identify qualified prospects.
- Schedule qualified roof inspection appointments for our Outside Sales Team.
- Handle objections confidently while maintaining a consultative approach.
- Accurately document all interactions in the CRM.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance expectations.
- Participate in coaching sessions, training, and performance reviews.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in appointment setting, cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2 preferred).
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills.
- Experience working with CRM platforms and predictive dialers.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
- Reliable high-speed internet, dedicated workspace, and noise-canceling headset.
Experience in Roofing, Home Services, Solar, HVAC, Insurance, Home Improvement, Construction, or Real Estate is a plus.
Compensation & Career Path
We invest in developing high-performing Appointment Setters through a structured career progression.
Phase 1 – SLG Appointment Setter Academy (2 Weeks)
- $6.00 USD/hour paid training
- Approximately MXN $17,800 per month
- Paid training with daily coaching, role plays, and performance evaluations.
Phase 2 – Production Evaluation (Approximately 2 Weeks)
- $7.00 USD/hour
- Approximately MXN $20,800 per month
- Continued coaching while demonstrating production readiness and consistency.
Phase 3 – Certified Appointment Setter
- Eligible for our Monthly Performance Accelerator.
Performance Incentives
- Monthly performance Accelerator bonus ranging from approximately MXN $2,600 to over MXN $87,000, based on validated appointment production.
- Clear performance metrics and transparent bonus structure.
- Exceptional performers have the opportunity to earn over MXN $108,000 per month in total compensation.
