Responds to customer issues that require product knowledge. Interprets questions/requests and ensures proper resolution. May initiate customer contact to proactively identify and address customer needs. Monitors the resolution process to ensure other departments follow through on requests.
- Manage the end-to-end (E2E) Order-to-Cash process including:
- Establish/Maintain Customer "Masters", Product "Masters" and Tables in Support of other Master Data
- Respond to Customer Inquiry
- Establish Customer Order Requirement
- Verify and confirm Product availability
- Review ATP (Avialable to Promised) together with demand and sales team to delivery of material
- Responsible for the invoice information in customer portal
- Contract review “customer order” versus Business and Corporate Policies and Procedures
- Create, modify and cancel Order “in system”
- Assure that Credit Check is performed
- Confirm Order & Date , respond to requests and status to Customer,
- Communicate order to appropriate parties for fulfillment, logistics and documentation
- Understand document and data requirements (packing lists, space release, etc)
- Monitor product, transaction and documentation flow
- Verify and maintain correct pricing in the order
- Issue invoice and other required documents to the customer
- Responsible for Complaint Resolution and Reporting ,Manage product returns, Issue credits and adjustments, Respond to customer inquiry, Providing certificate needs (origin, insurance, proof of delivery, etc.) and resolve Late/Partial Payments and invoice discrepancies
- Responsible for Auditing policies & procedures
- Responsible for maintaining a high CEL
- Insure clear alignment on and shared commitment to customer segmentation strategies and tactics related to “service” including order lead time and delivery date promises
- Provide input to demand forecasting regarding open order status, demand outlook, changes from customer etc.
- Collect, maintain and communicate information to support delivery planning and execution processes. The information includes: order data (customer preferences, history, status, delivery requirements, etc ), warehouse and transportation data, and delivery data.

* Bachelor's degree & experience in the role.
* Fluence written and oral communication in Spanish and English
* Teamwork, proactivity, collaboration and ability to solve problems
* Ability to work with variety of IT tools and Microsoft Office
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and fast-paced environment

* Experience in Customer Excellence
* Experience in SAP and SFDC
* knowledge in export processes
