We're looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Service Representative / Receptionist to become the first point of contact for our customers.
What You'll Do
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Greet customers and visitors professionally.
- Respond to customer emails and inquiries.
- Schedule service appointments and assist with dispatching technicians.
- Create and update customer accounts.
- Follow up on estimates, service requests, and customer questions.
- Maintain accurate records within our CRM.
- Assist with filing, scanning, and general office administration.
- Coordinate with office staff, technicians, and management to ensure excellent customer service.
- Support other administrative tasks as assigned.

Pay: $10,578.84 - $21,828.49 per month
