We are looking for a talented Metrology Technician to join our Metrology team at Cummins in Ciénega de Flores, NL (Blvd. Nexxus 2505 Cienega, De Flores, 65550 Mexico, N.L.)
Education/Experience:
- High school, technical high school, and/or technical degree, TSU
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Managing equipment calibrations and studies, as well as on-site measurement, inspection, and testing.
- Maintaining and calibrating equipment, as well as performing on-site measurement, inspection, and testing.
- Programming and performing measurements on CMM equipment.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need the following:
- Knowledge of geometric tolerances.
- Basic PC programming skills—Demis and Calypso.
- Knowledge of calibration and maintenance of measuring equipment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel).
- Knowledge of MSA (intermediate level).
- Knowledge of calibration software.
